****** propose and design a Project Plan for the implementation of AI software to enhance the chosen organizations proposals to help improve operations in Task 1. Discuss how the project plan will impact the overall strategic objectives of the organization. The Project Plan should consist of three phases:-

Identify challenging areas in the project management practices that can be automated with the use of AI. Explain the AI implementation and stages once it is implemented. Break down the project into Work Break Down structure. Explain the scope of the project.

Break down the entire project into meaningful project stages with duration.

Phase 1. Define the scope of the project and develop a Work Breakdown Structure (including the dictionary) by making use of fundamental project management principles and practices. Learners are advised to enhance the presentation by using Gantt Charts to represent the project timeline.

Phase 2. Analyse the Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology as a Project Management tool and define all the starting values, variances and performance indices. Use the Critical Path Method (CPM)/ Project Evaluation and Review technique (PERT) to schedule and control the AI project

Use the concepts from the slides to calculate and interpret atleast five Earned Value variances. You may undertake data from the chosen company about an upcoming project and represent the same using CPM/PERT

Phase 3. Analyse the Project Management problems and ethical constraints involved in implementing the AI project and suggest appropriate solutions in the context of the organisation. Describe the Transformative Leadership skills and qualities which help identify and manage stakeholders during this time of transition as a result of implementing the AI project.
