I have had careers that would express management tools and encourage utilizing professional management skills throughout the corporation. With that being said, I have had positions in management where I had to plan, organize, lead, and control certain activities. This was a tough task, but the right person(s) in positions made the goal towards the objective positive. There have been times when things may not go as planned and it took critical thinking to locate a positive fix or replacement to be able to provide a positive outcome for the objective. I am glad to be in the course to be encouraged to learn more about management and utilize the skills in my future endeavors.
