1. Complete an Individual Child Time Sample Form found in the textbook to observe the child at 5-minute intervals for 20-minutes. What activities does the child participate in? Does the child tend to play at one activity for a long time or move from one activity to the next frequently? Put your completed form in the child's Portfolio.
2. Write and Submit a brief paragraph (minimum of four sentences) on what you learned about the activities and attention span of the child you observed (list their age).
