You will create a unique concept for a food truck. Your concept should include the following:

$$ Logo$/$branding

Consider factors such as competition and trends in the food industry. Include all your Concept

Development in your written submission.

You will design a menu that reflects the concept of the food truck and appeals to the target market. Please

review $6\mathrm{.}5$ in your textbook for menu design considerations.

The menu will include:

$1$ signature cocktail

$3$ main dishes

$2$ dessert options

Ensure all items have a title, a description, and a price. Your menu should be no longer than $1$ page.

Your selling price should use the formula for a desired food cost percentage, $7\mathrm{.}3$ in your textbook. Please

include a formula for each menu item. Include your formulas in part $2$ of your written submission.

$3.$ Standard Recipe Development:

For one main dish and the signature cocktail, students will develop standard recipes that can be replicated

consistently on the food truck. Sample standard recipes can be found in your textbook in Exhibit $7\mathrm{.}2$ and

$7\mathrm{.}8.$ Include all of part $3$ in your written submission
