Question:
Condemning for me is a hard word, especially in light of Rom 8:1 in that there is no condemnation in Christ. Often when we condemn it does not come across as postive, but negative - perhaps for sure a critique, but a critique with action. How do we "condemn" in a positive way, so that such actions express that we are positively concerned about the well-being of all humanity? I wonder if we need to use a different word if we are to be agents of re-creation in society? Thoughts?

Creating Culture offers a different approach to changing Culture in many ways, including condemning, critiquing, copying, and consuming. Crouch and Krause (2008) further elaborate that the Church will isolate itself by condemning Culture and its artifacts. In such cases, the Church seems to stay away from the rest of the world since it is sinful and corrupt.
