Identify for each job which NOC job comparator and NOC code you used.

Evaluate Jobs (14 marks)
Describe your job evaluation plan (i.e., explain that you will be using the Point Method and what is involved in this process).
Identify and describe the compensable factors related to skill, effort, responsibility and working, conditions (see the Chapter 8 section titled "identifying compensable factors in the text and Compensation Notebook 8.1 for examples of commonly used compensable factors).(TIP: for this assignment you should come up with 8 or 9 compensable factors)
Organize your factors according to the headings (i.e.. Skill, Effort, Responsibility, Working Conditions).
Assign degrees for each of the compensable factors you have identified (Follow format illustrated by Table 8.1).
Include your Rating Chart (see sample chart in Figure 8.1).
Display job evaluation results for each job and place in the appendix (Follow the example Table 8.2; ensure your list is ranked from most points to least points.
State if Pay Equity considerations are a government requirement in the compensation system for Kapote Outerwear. State why.
NOTE: given our time constraints you are not required to complete a pay grade scale and pay ranges based on your job evaluation results.
Recommend a performance appraisal method (6 marks)
Recommend an appropriate instrument for appraising employee performance at Kapote Outerwear (see Chapter 10: Methods and Instruments for Appraisal, and review the section titled "Sources of Appraisal"). Defend your choice of method.
Design your appraisal form and place it in the appendix.
For any one job at Kapote Outerwear, use your appraisal form to show Bev Kapote how it can be implemented. Make sure you define performance standards.
