Analyze vocational skills and knowledge gained in the classroom and contrast to those experienced in the workplace environment.

SMART Method Specific (WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHY, WHICH) Measurable (FROM AND TO) Define the goal as much as possible, with no ambiguous language. WHO is involved, WHAT do I want to accomplish, WHERE will it be done, WHY am I doing this-reasons, purpose, WHICH constraints and/or requirements do I have? Achievable (How) Relevant (WORTHWHILE) Timely (WHEN) Can you track the progress and measure the goal? How will you demonstrate and evaluate that extent to which the goal has been met? How much, how many, how will I know when my goal is accomplished? Is the goal reasonable enough to be accomplished? How so? Make sure the goal is not out of reach or below standard performance. How does the goal tie into your key responsibilities? Is the goal worthwhile and will it meet your needs? How is it aligned to objectives and does it fit with your immediate and long term plans? Your goal should include a time limit. "I will complete this step by..." It will guide your goal to successful and timely completion (include deadline, dates and frequency)
