b. The raw capacity of the link is C bits per second. Compute the approximate data throughput over the link (i.e. excluding header data and dropped data).

c. Let h=100, b=10^-5, and C=1 Mbps. Plot the data throughput as a function of data bits "d". (Change the value of "d" from 0 to 5000 in steps of 100 and plot the value of throughput achieved using the answer from part b).
