Consider the building to be single storey (ground floor only), 

A) Calculate all the 1) brick work quantity 2) Concrete quantity 3) Rebar quantity. 4) Quantity of earth work assuming stepped foundation for brick wall and rectangular footing for columns (square footing with width and length 2 times the size of columns which are 400 by 400 sq mm. Depth of footing and foundation are same and is 1 m. Roof slab 125 mm RCC covering the complete area. All brick walls are 225mm thick. Assume any missing data or dimensions appropriately. 

B) Estimate the structural cost, i.e. cost of structural work as above. It is expected that contractor would be paid for structural work quantity with 10% profit after 6 months of initiation. The owner wants to put some fixed amount at the end of each month for next six months in his business so that after 6 months he is able to pay full amount to the contractor. He is assured of a 12% return per year from the business for next 2 years. How much money shall he put in every month? Assume any missing data required. 

C) Prepare a work break-down structure for the work and draw AOA, AON and precedence networks. Calculate project duration assuming suitable duration of activities. Estimate ES, LS schedule and slack/floats on all activities.
