Consider the following scenario: You are a team member at a large family-owned business involved with negotiating a new vendor contract, but the vendor wants something in return. Several of the other team members seem to consider it business as usual and believe that kickbacks to the vendor for the sale are normal. One person even suggests taking the vendor to a club and making sure she has a good time. Based on the TARES test, evaluate whether this persuasion process is ethical and explain your rationale. Explain what your ethical course of action would be, including which learning resource(s) you used to help formulate your response and how this resource was useful in consideration of this scenario.
