Address the following questions for your current place of work, a place of work you are familiar with, or an organization with which you are familiar. Who do you serve (consider internal and external customers) Who are my customers and how are we culturally alike or different? What do they expect from me? What do they expect from my business? How do the products/services we provide enhance their lives? How can I establish a relationship with my customers? Tell us the type of business (if you are not comfortable identifying the actual business). Engage with peers at a high level, and in compliance with the posting guidelines shared in the syllabus. Most importantly, relate your response back to the readings and identify the source.
