"Due to Covid and social distancing, our organization has not been able to bring volunteers together to sort through donations and help give to people in need. Since giving donations to people and places that suffer is everything our company is about, it is important that we find solutions to fix this. We have decided to create shifts throughout the day and only allow a certain amount of volunteers in the warehouse at a time." We have also decided to create a new inventory system so workers can do their job more efficiently. This is another way we can reduce the number of people in the warehouse.
