Helping Hand for Relief and Development Decision Table: Three data gathering techniques used include interviews, questionnaires of any issues the organization faces, and observations. On February 16, we were able to interview Sidiqa Bashir, who is the donation coordinator for this organization. We discussed what the company is about, a description of the organizations current donation sorting system, what problems they face during Covid-19, how they plan on solving this problem, and what their plans are for the growth of this organization. Due to Covid and social distancing, our organization has not been able to bring volunteers together to sort through donations and help give to people in need. Since giving donations to people and places that suffer is everything our company is about, it is important that we find solutions to fix this. We have decided to create shifts throughout the day and only allow a certain amount of volunteers in the warehouse at a time." We have also decided to create a new inventory system so workers can do their job more efficiently. This is another way we can reduce the number of people in the warehouse.
