We do not allow to use airplane for the local trip. If it is an out-of-state trip, we check if the employee flies. If the/she does, we pay airfare, hotel, meals and taxi. If the employee uses a car, we pay mileage, meals, hotels and parking. If the local trip takes less than 4 hours, we only pay mileage."
