Construct a spreadsheet in Excel based on the following information: Your company has a competitive strategy based on cost, a supply chain strategy based on efficiency, and produces running shoes in a make-to-stock manufacturing process. There are four potential suppliers; your boss wants you to select the two that best fit your companys strategies. Select 6 of what you consider the most important supplier selection criteria and explain why you chose those six. Rank the criteria, then give each a weight (remember that the weights have to total 100%). Give each of the suppliers a rating from 1-10 on each of the criteria, 1 being poor and 10 being excellent. More than one supplier can have the same rating on each of the criteria. Calculate the total points for each supplier and select the top two.
