Context:

Teachers visit a platform to find and apply for jobs and enroll into professional development courses or teacher certification programs. The teachers have to complete the registration process before applying for jobs on the platform. The raw data (attached) is of all the teachers who have registered on the platform site along with representation of steps that were completed by them. Assignment: 1. Data Analysis: a. Determine where in the funnel do we have the maximum drop-offs. What will you do? b. How would you measure success for the funnel? 2. Design: a. As you can see from the data, not every teacher completes the registration process. In order to apply for a job and increase their probability of getting hired, the teachers need a complete profile. Please design/suggest simple feature(s) to encourage teachers to complete the registration process. We are most interested in how you specify the details of how it will work, and what you will measure to determine if it is a success. Please make any assumptions you need.
