For your final week in the course, you will be completing both a paper and a presentation for your final case. Again, the choices for the HR case specialization are listed below. Given that you already purchased these cases, you do not need to make any additional purchases. For the Week $7-$ Case Study $-$ Paper, this assignment, you will write a $3-4$ page paper that begins with a one$-$page Executive Summary. Then, you will follow the case study process, completing an Introduction, Analysis, and Recommendations. Finally, you will respond to any and all questions at the conclusion of the case. Make sure that you consider all attachments, charts, and appendices that would supply you with detailed information for your case. This paper should be submitted here. For the Week $7$ Case Study $-$ Presentation, you will create a narrated Kaltura PowerPoint presentation with video $($of you presenting$)$ that summarizes the case, your responses to the questions presented, and your recommendations. The PowerPoint should have no more than $8$ slides, not including the title and reference pages, and a maximum of $15$ minutes in length. This presentation should supplement the paper. You will submit this assignment here as well in the Week $7.$ The Case Study Paper and Presentation must be written in APA format, with required citations and references. PowerPoint presentations are also required to be in APA format. Remember, PowerPoint is a visual medium.
