Convert the EERD  into a database in MS SQL Server.

• prepare a New database in the name (Childcare Hospital_group6)
• Do tables and add attributes according to your EERD
• Ensure your tables are normalized
• Identify right data types for each attribute
• Identify and add SQL Server constraints where necessary (NOT NULL, NULL, Primary Key, Foreign Key, UNIQUE, CHECK, Default,  IDENTITY/Auto increment)
• Insert at least 3 data values in each table
• Execute and Save the SQL Scripts.
• Sreenshot your Database diagram and attach it along with the scripts.
