CONVERT TO THIRD NOMINAL FORM

A company has a set of departments. Each department has a set of employees, a set of projects, and a set of offices. Each employee has a job history (the set of jobs the employee has held). For each such job, the employee also has a salary history (set of salaries received while on that job). Each office has a set of phones.

The database is to contain the following information. Department = Dept#, Budget, Dept. Manager Name

Employee = Emp#, Emp phone#, Emp DOB Title, Date and Salary for each salary received in that job

Project = Proj#, Proj Budget Office = Office#, Area in Square Feet, Phone# A department has many employees, many projects, and many offices.
