CONVERT TO THIRD NOMINAL FORM

A database is to keep information for a builder of houses. The builder hires contractors to do various projects such as tiling, wiring, and so on. The contractors submit bids for these projects, but the database will store only the winning bid. Each house is uniquely identified by the combination of Town and Lot#. Each project is for a specific house and is uniquely identified by Proj#. Each contractor has a unique Lic#. Assume for this case that the name of the buyer of the house, Buyer Name, is unique and single-valued, and that Buyer Address is the address of the buyer's current principal residence. The total cost of the house is the amount it costs to build it. It is not just the sum of the costs of the projects involved. The price of the house is always 40% above the cost.

House = Town + Lot# + Buyer Name + Proj# + Lic# + Amount Bid + Proj Start Date + Proj Completion Date + Style of House + Total Cost + House Completion Date + Buyer Address + Buyer Phone Total Price + Date Sold
