Could somebody help me solve this by using the Swiss Code of Conduct.

1. Are the following statements true or false? Explain and PLEASE REFER to the articles 319 until 340c from the link.

a) During the probation period, every contractual party may terminate the employment contract with a notice period of seven calendar days.

b) According to the law, the first month of an employment relationship is on probation. The probation period may be extended contractually up to 6 months.

Please answer in sentences and refer to articles of the CO for every answer, including paragraphs where needed.
