Hello class, Each of you have shared some important comments and ideas associated with diversity in the workplace. We have a good understanding of many of the advantages and benefits of a diverse workforce, but as we look around there are plenty of examples of areas that can be improved. There are many regulations and requirements associated with providing protections and programs like affirmative action that have been around for a while. As we further this discussion, I am curious to hear more about your ideas, experiences, and observations associated with developing a more inclusive society. As you think about this important, yet challenging issue, what ideas do you have about ways to improve our current approach? Do we need more regulations, more education, more awareness promotion, stronger penalties and enforcement of existing laws, etc. Other ideas or innovative approaches?
