Could you help me write an arduino code for the highlighted part?

As discussed above, the purpose of this lab is to evaluate the behavior of a first order RC circuit. In this lab you will create a circuit using an Arduino, 1K0 resistor, 100 uF capacitor, and a button to collect voltage data from the first order system. Please write an Arduino script that initially has OV supplied to the circuit but supplies 5V to the circuit when you press and hold down a button. Then plot the response from 0 to 5 volts for both the capacitors charging and discharging. Please make sure that you pay attention to the direction of the capacitor. Unlike resistors the direction of the current running through them matters. Please consult the diagram below for help building the circuit.
