Overview This assignment requires me to identify, analyse and then answer questions about a real-world organisation- International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the running of the 2024 Paris Olympics Volunteer Program (https://olympics.com/en/paris-2024/the-games/volunteers). The questions focus on how the organisation approaches volunteer management and form the basis of your paper that should contain critical analysis, review and evaluation. The assignment is to be presented in a modified report format and should be a maximum of 2000 words in length (+/- 10%), excluding references.

Before answering the questions below, it is recommended that you do some desk research where you investigate the recruitment, recognition, retention and day to day management of volunteers in the organisation chosen for this semester.
