The remaining 8 hours she rests and does not do any outside activity. Sarah wants to have different outside activities in order to balance her energy expenditure with daily calorie intake from the meals. a) What is the current daily total metabolic rate if Sarah rest for 8 hours and does not do any outside activity and how many kcals she will gain each day? (10 Points) b) Design 3 different daily routines that will balance the energy intake with expenditure such that Sarah can rest between 3-5 hours a day . have at least 2 different outside activities from the table 1 below. The difference between energy intake and expenditure should be less than or equal to 50 kcal.
