Prepare Pratical proposal for capstone project on patient leaving the hospital or getting discharge against medical professionals, such as dotors or physicains advice.

Research questions:

1. What causes patients to leave hospitals against their attending physician's advice?

2. What are the consequences of leaving the hospital without completing the treatment

3. How can healthcare organizations reduce the discharge against medical advice

4. how can hospitals retain the patient?

5. Why proper treatment on time is essential?

Based on topic of the project (Patient getting discharge against medical advice) and the research questions, please complete the following sections with detail explaination as your are the authors of the study and the way you would complete this project. Please answer all the questions in each section.

Executive Summary

The executive summary provides a summary of the project. This section also contains a high-level explanation of the project objectives, problem, method, proposed new process/system, metrics, and conclusion. This section does not include details about the problem that would have been discovered in the needs analysis. This is a positive, upbeat section that summarizes, using business language, how you plan to solve the issue.

Problem Definition

In this section, describe the current process/system, the problem, the reason for the proposed improvement or new process/ system creation, and expected outcome.

Method

The method outlines how the project was completed giving sufficient detail so that the reader understands the logical flow of how you addressed the problem or issue. This section also states the benchmarks used to determine success of the project. The benchmarks are the measures used to indicate your project has reached its goal.

Proposed New System

Instructions: Describe, in business language, the proposed new process/system. This should be a high-level description of the new project written in a logical orderly manner so that a reader (a CEO or other executive), can understand the work flow as well as the business value.

Metrics

Instructions: (Two pages, double spaced) In this section, you will tell the reader how you intend to measure the success of the new system, workflow, and/or project. Discuss, in business language, the manner in which you will measure the new system. You want to create realistic attainable and recoverable metrics.

Conclusion

Instructions: One to two pages, In your conclusion summarize the reason for the new project, the high-design of the new project, expected or realized business benefits, and applicability of the project to other departments within the organization, if appropriate, or the applicability to other organizations.
