Learning Activity Overview
Working in groups of 5, students will work collaboratively to develop an A3 to submit to the Coffee Shop manager (the professor), that addresses the problems and issues the Coffee Shop manager is facing.
Refer to the Guided Readings on Blackboard for Chapter 4. The most important aspect of this assignment is to develop the Questioning mindset. As is typical in business/industry, you are not given all the necessary information upfront. Often times managers are not aware of the full extent of the problem or the data/information needed to solve the problem. You will need to ask questions to be given additional information.
This Learning Activity will set you up for success for the group project and mid-term exam.
