Q1. How much money do we need for the project and?

Create aggregated budget (how much) And time phase budget for this project (when do you need it?)

see WBS and complete it, you can make your own WBS as well.

Use the WBS to come up with your budget categories (Direct, Overhead etc. OR it can be work streams as well, both are acceptable).

You can use the labor rates available on the internet.

You'd use both power-point deck and excel file for your project. make sure you attached /share the file not pics. thanks!
