3. ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEM Problem is a matter or situation that we needed to deal with it and ways how to overcome it so that it won't occur in the future ahead. ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND In this assignment, we choose Nexus Resort Karambunai to identify a workplace problem and examine ways to resolve it. It located 30km North East of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah surround by million year old of tropical rainforest and the distant majesty of Mount Kinabalu as backdrop. Borneo Island's largest five-star resort, pleasantly combinesdiscrete luxury and authentic Sabahan hospitality. The resort features award-winning 18- hole championship golf course, exclusive Borneo Spa, international standard meeting facilities, a 6km sandy beach with view of the South China Sea; the resort reputed as having Malaysia's longest private beach. The resort is within half-hour driving time to city centre.
