Question: Compare and Contrast three types of leadership (Servant, Transformation, and Shared Leadership). What are the implications and/or unintended consequences of each? As a leader in a social purpose organization, if you were to make your own leadership model, using elements of all three, what would it look like? Remember to keep in mind the balance in mission and innovation, along with productivity and efficient uses of scarce resources.
