Action plans are a key element of a groups solution. These are typically very simplified project-management documents that indicate what needs to be done, a cost estimate, and who will be responsible for it. You will create a basic action plan (guess the costs and time estimates) for one of the following:

• A new restaurant is going to be built and open in town
• The local hospital is going to add a physical therapy center

I need to develop a sample action plan for a physical therapy center that a local hospital is adding. However, the sample action plan from the book does not make much sense because it is a different industry, and I am confused about what I should include in the plan. I attached a picture from the textbook to give you a better idea. I would appreciate your help with this assignment as I am confused, overwhelmed, and afraid of submitting it wrong. Thank you so much.
