Project Manager needs to find a new location area and organize the relocation. The CEO (who in our case serves as the Sponsor) has already signed the SOW. Project purpose. During the last years, the ERGODYNAMIKI Company (current location: Thessaloniki) has been developed beyond expectations and therefore is in need of larger spaces in order to accommodate both its services and personnel. Its personnel numbers, 100 individuals, divided into 4 sectors with a total of 13 departments and it is expected to expand. Due toERGONYNAMIKI'srapid growth, therehasn'tbeen an ergonomic design based on theemployees'needs, their work demands as well as the workflow and documents among departments. That should be taken into account when designing the new premises in order to meet theemployees'needs as much as possible
