Attraction is the stage of the employee life cycle with which I have the most experience. My role involves sourcing and attracting qualified talent to join our organization. As a Recruiter, I am the first person an applicant gets to interact with at the company, so I must represent the role, the team, and the organization in the best way I can. I use my own personal branding mixed with our companys mission. When I share job postings on LinkedIn and other social media sites, I add inclusive language and highlight why I joined the organization. That way, potential employees will understand our company culture that they could not otherwise know from the job description.
