Create a circuit with four inputs (A0 ... A3), four outputs (B0 ... B3), and two code bits (C1, C0). Based on the 2-bit code, the circuit will allow the value of one of four inputs to be transmitted to its corresponding output. For example, if the code is "00", then B0 = A0, and the remaining outputs will be undetermined in other words, we dont care about them.

Using the tabular method, derive a formula for each output.

Based on these formulae, create a corresponding circuit.
