In this course, we will focus only on the human resources and aspects associated with them (your employees). We will not focus on financial gains/losses, or any budgetary processes. You can have a company that sells a product or a service. You must have a target customer base (this can be in terms of demographics i.e. age, gender, socioeconomics, location, etc.). And you must have more than 50 employees working for your company. Briefly describe the levels of employee and their titles. You may want to include the different departments within your company and the labor force within each. You will also develop a mission, vision and strategic plan. What are your desired outcomes for your company? How will your strategic plan affect the demand for labor? Here is an outline of everything you need to include. This paper should be between 750 to 1,000 words in length: 1. Paper should be skimable, have high typography and use tables and bullets vs a report of lengthy paragraphs. 2.
