1. Create a Complete Security Policy for ALL user types at UOFM (Faculty, Students, Administration, Technical Staff, Non-Technical Staff, DPS, any others you group can identify).
   • The scope should cover building/room access (dorms, labs, study rooms, recreation rooms, etc), computer access (University owned computers and printers as well as wireless and wired network connection policies for hooking your own devices to the network), food services, book store, enrollment software, learning management software (Moodle), emergency response, and email. Note that list is NOT all inclusive and there are definitely other things you can bring under the purview of your policy!
   • Make sure address authentication tools and encryption where appropriate [I don't want/need specifics, just a note on what things should require authentication and what things you want encrypted.]
   • Make sure to outline user rights and admin rights...Especially where dealing with student owned property on the University grounds and for dealing with student data on University systems.
   • Your policy should include a Disaster Recovery Policy for the following:
     • Data recovery/backups
     • How you'd propose to prioritize restoring campus computer and network systems
2. A detailed analysis of your policy.
   • Compare your group's Security Policy with the existing ones, Why are they different? What trade-offs did you both make? What improvements or drawbacks does your group's policy have over the existing ones?
