Then I would plan my route for inspection and submit my request to fly there to the FAA LAANC. Because I would not need permission to fly in the urban and rural areas I could conduct the inspections of those sections promptly (if the weather permits) whilst following all of the regulation of Part 107 of course. Then once I had permission to fly in the Class C airspace I would conduct the inspection there as well, but not before informing the airport's tower or air traffic controllers about the time and details of my approved flight. Of course informing the client of the situation is a great thing to do but also showing them that whilst waiting for clearance you are progressing on the task almost ensures they will be happy with their choice to hire you for the inspection. Regarding the current airspace regulation I believe it can sometimes hinder sUAS operation especially if (such as the example) the task is time sensitive. However hindering the rules may be they are intended to ensure safety and proper use of sUAS systems.
