Create a form with these controls:

A check box.

3 radio buttons.

Check box:

Label it Hide/Show.

Have it checked when the form loads.

Add a check changed event.

-Change the visibility of the 3 radio buttons.

-If the check box is checked, set visible = false, otherwise true.

Radio Buttons:

Label one Red, another Green and the last Blue.

When a radio button gets selected, change the background color of the form to match the text of the radio button selected.
