Create a graphical Python file that will serve as the world's worst text editor. You GUI should have an Entry widget where the user can enter a filename, a Text widget where the contents of the file are displayed, two Button S- "Open" and "Save," and Label widgets as needed. If the "Open" button is clicked, the file that is named in the Entry widget should be opened and its contents displayed in the Text widget. Assume the file lives in the same directory as the program. If the file is not found, display an error message in the Text widget instead. If the "Save" button is clicked, the contents of the Text widget should be writen out to the file whose name appears in the Entry widget. Append the new text to the file if the file already exists.
