Create a group presentation that can be delivered in $15$ minutes to the class. Vision:

$4.$ Describe Amazon$$s vision. What value has this vision brought to Amazon?

$5.$ Describe how the changing environment impacts the vision and how Amazon adapted to this over the years.

$6.$ With the company continually to grow rapidly, the need to recruit and retain $$Amazonians$$ is greater than ever. Discuss the company$$s people management practices and how they relate to Amazon$$s strategic goals.
