Your homepage should be divided into three sections, each related to something about you (like background, favorite movies, best vacation, goals in taking the class, etc).
One section should consist of at least two paragraphs of 3 - 4 sentences each
One section should contain an ordered or unordered list of at least 3 or 4 items
The format of the third section is up to you
In at least one section, you'll need a link to an external web page
You are required to use these elements (include end tags where appropriate):
</p> <p><link> tag to tie HTML to CSS style sheet <strong>styles.css</strong></p> <p><meta> tag to define charset so that HTML will validate</p> <p>one <h1> heading</p> <p>at least three <h2> headings (one at the beginning of each section)</p> <p>at least two <p> paragraphs</p> <p>ordered list <ol> or unordered list <ul> with at least 3 list items <li> </p> <p>anchor <a> with link to external web site</p> <p>Create a CSS file called <strong>styles.css</strong>. In it:</p> <p>add rule sets for at least three different elements used in your HTML code (body, h1, ol, etc.)</p> <p>include at least 5 different properties (color, background-color, text-align, etc.)</p> <p>you may use the CSS template, but you must, at least, change the property values</p> <p>Additional requirements:</p> <p>HTML should begin with a comment with title, author, date</p> <p>CSS should begin with a comment with title, author, date</p> <p>HTML and CSS code should be properly formatted so it's easy to read</p> <p>color and background color should work well together so that text is clearly visible (light background / dark color or dark background / light color)</p> </p>
