Students are also expected to hire a CKO for their hypothetical organizations. They will decide which competencies a successful CKO would need to possess, analyse 3 samples of CKO position descriptions, and write a job advertisement for a CKO for the organization you want to (dream to?) build.

Note for the question that needs to cover:

1. A reasonably detailed description of your organization.

2. An in-depth analysis of the organizations knowledge base, intellectual capital, knowledge flow(s) and knowledge processes.

3. A concept map (maps) depicting knowledge flow(s) and knowledge processes.

4. A plan for KM implementation.

5. An analysis of 3 samples of CKO position descriptions.

6. A job description for a CKO. It shouldnt be generic. You will need to explain why you are looking for the qualifications you specify in your job advert.
