Create a new chart from the template you saved.

Select cells A$3$:G$4$ to select the heading data and the data for New York, NY$.$ Press Ctrl and click and drag to select cells A$7$:G$7$ to select the data for Houston, TX$.$

On the Insert tab, in the Charts group, click the dialog launcher to open the Insert Chart dialog.

In the Insert Chart dialog, click the All Charts tab.

Click Templates. If necessary, select the City Population Combo Chart template.

Click OK$.$
