2. State your team vision statement (future state).

4. Provide feedback to at least twopeers, specifically addressing the degree of alignment between points 1 and 3. Also, consider distinctions between the team statements (points 1 and 2). Does the mission statement reflect the current state? Does the vision statement reflect the future state? Comment on how each reflects the current or future state.
