Create a Professional Development Plan:

This plan should be a statement of what you intend to do in the five-year period immediately after graduation in order to build upon your strengths and overcome weaknesses. Very specific activities should be detailed (e.g., continuing education, reading, training, special job assignments, personal activities, etc.). In general, you should answer the question: "What should I do to build strengths and overcome weaknesses so that my five-year career objective will be achieved?"
