Create a Project Charter using the Project Charter template. Specific document requirements include:

• All fields in the Project Charter should be completed.

• Your goals should be specific and measurable. Do not generalize your goals, but instead use specific numerical values where appropriate

• Your objectives should be specific outcomes that are required in order to meet the project goals.

• Your Project Budget should be a specific dollar amount. Do not include a range of dollar amounts.

• Include at least four key stakeholders.

• Include at least three overall project risks.
