2. Decide where you will conduct your survey or questionnaire and whom you are going to target.

3. Create a questionnaire that you can give to people to find out information about potential customers.

This questionnaire should have at least 20questions.

You must have a combination of types of questions. These include a rating question, yes/no, selection question, and two demographic questions.
