Create a restful api with Node.js, Express and sqlite3 in the file app.js that can work with sqlite3 table user with id,name,email and phone. Use restful methods such as GET,POST,PUT and DELETE to work with the table collection. then again use GET,PUT and DELETE to work with the specific row using id as a param. Create a test.js to test all the 7 restful methods.

Parameters for All requests are going to be JSON parsed through body as followed : userid, name, email, phone
