Create a RIPv$2$ routed network that is interconnect via the Serial Link. If a $3$rd Router is available please include this in the topology by connecting it via serial. Once a the private network is built you should connect it to the PCT network by using the top switch in Rack $1.$ Once you border router is connected to both the PCT network and the Private LAN allow the Private LAN to connect to PCT by implementing NAT overload. Tell the Private LANs that they can access the PCT networks $($and the internet$)$ by distributing the $$default information originate$$ option in RIP.

Plan on interconnecting the routers with point to point connections that result in using a $30$ bit mask and appropriate IP addresses within your given address block. Each router should be connected to private LAN, you can use default Class C addressing.
