Create a risk management plan and include

a. Outline risk control processes

b. Identify at least one inadequacy in existing risk controls. Outline how this will be addressed according to the hierarchy of control and WHS legislative requirements

c. Outline how you will provide resources to enable implementation of new measures including timelines, resources and actions to control risks

, d. Review the procedure you developed for managing WHS risk and discuss required amendments

e. Outline any new procedures which may need to be developed,

f. Further communication and consultation which are required

g. Ongoing, regular monitoring (plan for at least three monitoring activities, e.g. scheduled audits), and

h. Recordkeeping or reporting actions to assist in compliance and organisational WHS performance review
